Job Description
- We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT MANAGER, INSURANCE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INNOVATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the daily operation or issue analysis of the system
- Responsible for perform customer experience testing
- Responsible for collection and analysis of data
- Responsible for design and planning promotional activities
- Follow-up of insurance mobile application development
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff
- Perform user support, training and cross team knowledge transfer where appropriate
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree Holder
- Minimum 5 years' experience in leading IT functions in insurance industry
- Knowledge in Oracle Database and PL/SQL, MS SQL Database and SSIS
- Good Knowledge of Insurance transactions and procedures
- Knowledge in IT system designs and technical capabilities
- Hands on experience in mobile application requirement analysis
- Good experience of Promotion and Operation of Mobile Applications
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Chinese & Mandarin
