Job Description
We are currently seeking an INSURANCE - CATEGORY MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A: Category Strategy Development and Implementation
- Develop long term and annual category plan that sets short, mediu and long term goals and objectives of the assinged category.
- Stakeholder management
- Directly drive high value projects
B: Supervise and coach staff on category management/Sourcing Strategy Implementation
- Implement a procurement strategy across the group to deliver target benefits and financial savings
- Engage support and agreemtn from key stakeholders on how to implement the strategy.
- Promote effective management of suppliers to sustain value throughtout the life of the contract.
- Reviewing serviec areas and potential supplier rationalization
C: Sourcing Activities Execution
- Responsible for sourcing execution including but not limited to internal requirement analysis, supply maket analysism sourcing strategy development, competivitive bidding process, negotiation and contract review.
- Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities
- Identifies opportunities for cost savings and improvement in 3rd engagement
