Job Description
We are now seeking for an Claims Administration Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and support the team to achieve pre-set service standard and ensure smooth operation
- Assessing insurance claims
- Set up Claims Guidelines for new products and prepare Claims Manual from time to time
- Work with auditors for claims audit
- Participate in system design / testing
- Handle claims related enquiries and complaints
- Convey training to internal staff and agency
- Provide coaching and training to subordinates
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist supervisor for projects assigned by Management
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduates, with 6 years' experience on claims in the life insurance industry, with supervisory experience for at least 2 years
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical skill
- Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet challenges
- Good command in both written Chinese and English
