Job Description

We are now seeking for an Claims Administration Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and support the team to achieve pre-set service standard and ensure smooth operation
  • Assessing insurance claims
  • Set up Claims Guidelines for new products and prepare Claims Manual from time to time
  • Work with auditors for claims audit
  • Participate in system design / testing
  • Handle claims related enquiries and complaints
  • Convey training to internal staff and agency
  • Provide coaching and training to subordinates
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist supervisor for projects assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduates, with 6 years' experience on claims in the life insurance industry, with supervisory experience for at least 2 years
  • Strong problem solving skills and analytical skill
  • Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet challenges
  • Good command in both written Chinese and English
