Job Description

We are currently seeking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for hotlines and counter services
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer concerns / complaints in compliance with internal and regulatory environment
  • Provide professional service and prompt assistance to distributors, policyholders and potential clients timely, precisely and tactfully
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues
  • Ensure performance targets (i.e. KPIs) are met and suggest ways to enhance customer services
  • Follow operational guidelines in accordance with company's requirements and procedures
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

QUALIFICATION

  • Degree holder
  • 3 years' solid hotline experience in insurance industry
  • Completion of LOMA 280 & 290 is an advantage
  • IIQE registered
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientated, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel & Chinese input
  • Willing to work on shift and rotation basis
