Job Description
We are now seeking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customers enquiries in timely and professional manner
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure requests are properly handled
QUALIFICATIONS
- Non-degree or above in any disciplines
- IIQE Paper 1
- 2 years relevant experience. With experience gained from call center is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and positive mindset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
