We are now seeking for a INSURNACE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Hotlines)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customers enquiries in timely and professional manner
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure requests are properly handled
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma graduate, with 3 years' customer services experience in insurance industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Pleasant and possessing sound presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
