Job Description
We are now seeking for CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (HOTLINES)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners via the service hotline
- Respond quickly and politely to all inbound calls, client and service partner with the professional service standard at all times
- Complete other work as assigned by supervisor
- Shift work required (A 8am-5pm, B 9am-6pm, C 3pm-12midnight)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or equivalent would be an advantage
- 1-2 years of working experience within a call centre environment, experience with Road Side Assistance or Travel Assistance would be highly preferable
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Perfect discipline in attendance and punctuality
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written)
