Job Description

We are now seeking for CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (HOTLINES)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners via the service hotline
  • Respond quickly and politely to all inbound calls, client and service partner with the professional service standard at all times
  • Complete other work as assigned by supervisor
  • Shift work required (A 8am-5pm, B 9am-6pm, C 3pm-12midnight)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or equivalent would be an advantage
  • 1-2 years of working experience within a call centre environment, experience with Road Side Assistance or Travel Assistance would be highly preferable
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Perfect discipline in attendance and punctuality
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written)
