Job Description
We are now seeking for a INSURNACE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (EB & MPF)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle Employee Benefits and MPF hotline enquiries and resolve customer requests via various means
- Provide prompt and courteous services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities
- Handle MCV verification
- Handle brokers' enquiries on product features, policy administration, operation procedures, etc
- Provide sales & administrative support to the team
- Participate in ad hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduates with 5 years customer services experience
- Passed in IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5 will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Employee Benefits & MPF scheme operations is preferred
- Pro-active, good interpersonal and communication skills as well as customer service attitude
- Able to work under pressure and deal with people from different backgrounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
