Job Description
We are now seeking for an Insurance Finance Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Due to the small team size, this role require hands on participation by the Finance Operations Leader in daily operations
- Good understanding of the Insurance industry practices and requirements
- Maintain an effective relationship with customers and resolve disputes with them professionally and efficiently
- Respond promptly to all queries by customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills, meticulous and able to work independently
- Experience in process improvement projects is desirable
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years solid experience in Credit Control functions or similar capacity
- Experience in Insurance Industry is highly desirable
- Experience in use of a corporate accounting system (e.g. SUN) and advanced MS excel skills
- Experience with SAP will be beneficial
