We are currently seeking an INSURANCE - HR MANAGER (C&B FOCUSED) for one of the largest Chinese Insurance firms.
- Directly report to the Head of HR
- Drive and lead the recruitment function to provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and department managers
- Analyze, develop and implement comprehensive C&B programs and policies
- Maintaining high accuracy of payroll data in HRIS, and ensure all employee records are up-to-date
- Implement recruitment related projects, e.g. manpower planning, competency-based interview assessment
- Assist in reviewing and updating the HR policies, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance and other local regulations
- Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company
- Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
- Good team leader with strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
