Job Description

We are now seeking for an INSURANCE - SENIOR DIGITAL AND DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the strategic marketing direction in both B2C and B2B2C
  • Develop the 360 marketing plan, from content, social, CRM to digital in alignment with the business objectives
  • Champion the needs of the customer journey, from awareness to conversions
  • Lead and oversee the marketing operation and drive achievement of business performance metrics
  • Drive creation and execution of insights-driven programs
  • Proactively evaluate how our product perform within market, provide insight to product team and management
  • Ensure smooth teamwork between teams, creating a culture of collaboration and excellence in the process
  • Responsible for marketing budget planning, execution and control


REQUIREMENT

  • A bachelor's degree or MBA from reputable institution
  • 8-10 years of experience in startup, digital or online business with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • At least 5 years of people management experience
  • A track record of having tackled genuinely ambiguous and strategic problems (i.e. where to play, how to win)
  • Proven experience in developing creative fact-based growth strategy
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
