Job Description

We are currently seeking an Insurance - Senior Officer, Office Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle full spectrum of office administration functions including, office renovation, equipment and machine maintenance, office supplies purchasing, printing, courier services and receptionist duty back-up
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate
  • 4 years' relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
  • Sound PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
