Job Description

Due to rapid expansion, our client a global fashion brand is currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to support their internal IT operation.

We are now seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst


  • Provide technical support for desktop PCs and software application
  • Perform asset management, vendor management, procurement, and IT support for APAC users
  • Manage Windows applications, serves and mobile devices
  • Perform troubleshooting, software installation and carry out IT equipment deployment, collection, and disposal
  • Assist team leader maintaining and monitoring Infrastructure, resolving incident and handling service request
  • Support the IT Infrastructure including Data Centre facilities, hardware and software, and other related facilities
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for project execution


  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Sciences or related disciplines
  • At least 2-year experience in IT technical support
  • Fundamental Technical Knowledge of IT network and security
  • Customer-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitude, self-motivated and responsible
  • Good communication skills in English & Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered for Junior position
