Our client is a sizable organisation. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (50-55K)
- Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions in accordance with the company's development strategy at global level
- Assess training needs, develop training plans and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
- Assist in developing and revamping e-learning course and functional training curriculums
- Coordinate with external consultants or vendors on other training solutions
- Assist in other training related projects
- Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 8 years of solid training experience from sizable organizations with managerial experience
- Hands-on experience in developing E-learning platform would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and stakeholder management skills, a good team-player with a positive attitude
- Excellent language ability in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
