Our client is a reputable F&B group.
We are now looking for a LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the design, implementation and delivery of training programs to sales and marketing team
- Manage annual training calendar and deliver training on timely basis
- Work closely with other internal departments to provide sales training including but not limited to business development and pitching techniques, new products launch and etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 8 years relevant experience in F&B/ FMCG/ Retail/ Insurance industry, with strong focus on sales & marketing trainings
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Independent and a good team player
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
