Our client, a leading insurance company, is currently looking for a high calibre to join their office admin team in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for a OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall management of the office to ensure that a professional atmosphere is maintained at all times, escalating matters when necessary
- General office administrative work including procurement of stationery and office supplies, keeping stock of all related items, delivery advisory and logistics arrangement as and when required
- Coordinate all office related facilities, inventory, utilities, vendors etc.
- Perform various day to day general administrative duties including documentation, filing, scanning, correspondence, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or above
- Around 2 years relevant working experience in office admin work
- Departmental support in all-rounded aspect
- Willing to do some outdoor work occasionally
- Good PC skills Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
