Job Description

Our client is one of the largest technology investors in the world. You will play an important role in managing, tracking and reviewing the integration workstream given project objectives by the customer.

We are now seeking for a PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Job Description:

  • Possess technical implementation experience with a good appreciation of open systems programming language and operating environments
  • Ability to drive and perform self-verification on vendor specification or works
  • Ability to develop templates or standard practice to be adopted by vendor
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Good English writing skills
  • Communicates well
  • Team player & be able to work independently where required
  • Cloud experience would be added advantage.


  • Ensure integration workstream (vendors and inhouse team) align and meet project objectives, deliverables and comply to the project timelines
  • Manage the scope, time and resources in the project such that quality is not compromised
  • Organize, plan and track the project activities in conjunction of the stream of vendor project activities, and ensure the delivery adheres to the Statement of Work
  • Supervise and manage project resources (on site or off site) from vendors and customer's inhouse teams
  • Identify, manage, consolidate and track the risks and issues within the Integration workstream and provide the mitigation plan to solve the risks and issues. Communicate it to Customer Project Manager. Ensure escalated risks are captured (logged) and risk mitigations are reviewed and agreed by all impacted parties
  • Attend and actively participate in core team meetings; responsible for providing minutes of meeting, progress reports/input on integration workstream status
  • Actively communicate with Project Management and other stakeholders
  • Identify and manage dependencies across the workstreams
  • Manage integration workstream scope and escalate key scope changes to PM and PMO
  • Ensure that project standards and customer request are complied
  • Review the work performed of the integration team members, including works for quality (completeness and correctness) and consistency; conduct reviews to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines and proper sign-off of the project deliverables
  • Adhere to Program Management guidelines and governance process
