Our client is a reputable F&B group.
We are now seeking for a PURCHASING MANAGER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and implement sourcing and procurement strategies on food and non-food items
- Provide training to Purchasing Team on knowledge enhancement
- Apply knowledge of global logistics and import regulations for F&B items on practical use
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Business or related discipline
- 10-15 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in F&B industry
- With sound knowledge in supply chain/ procurement/ purchasing; familiar with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and plannings skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager
