Our client is a Multinational Finance and Technology company. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for an Admin Support calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a RECEPTIONIST
- General reception duties including answer incoming calls and greeting all visitors
- Responsible for office operations, including data entry, scanning and documents filing
- Provide all administrative support to internal staffs
- Coordinate with vendors and external parties
- Manage the office neat and tidy in a corporate manner
- Assist in ad hoc general administrative duties
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, open minded and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
- Working hours: Monday to Friday
- Immediate available candidates preferred
