Our client is a listed property management company. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for an admin support calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a RECEPTIONIST.
- General reception duties including answer incoming calls and greeting all visitors
- Responsible for office operations, managing mails and courier delivery
- Organise and manage meeting room bookings, allocation, meeting room set up
- Provide all administrative support to internal staffs
- Coordinate with vendors and external parties
- Assist in ad hoc general administrative duties
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant receptionist experience from sizable companies
- Positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, open minded and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
- Working hours: Monday to Friday
- Immediate available candidates preferred
