What will be Your Responsibilities?

  • Liaise with clients and candidates and manage the full end-to-end hiring process
  • Achieve sales target and fulfill KPI requirements
  • Develop and enhance the client's and candidate's database
  • Understand the hiring needs of clients and source the right candidates to match with the requirements
  • Identify right talents for client's selection through screening CVs and conducting face-to-face interviews
  • Provide professional advice and quality service to both clients and candidates

Who will Qualify

  • Degree holder, preferably overseas-educated
  • Senior Consultant with minimum of 5+ years recruitment consultancy experience or minimum 8+ years corporate sales experience
  • Director with minimum of 8+ years recruitment consultancy experience or 15+ years corporate sales experience, track record of leading sizable sales team
  • Entrepreneurial mind set; commercial savvy
  • An excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Effective and efficient interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently under high pressure
  • Proactive disposition to create new idea and think outside the box
  • Last but not least, you will enjoy a fun and dynamic working environment
