Our client is a sizable conglomerate with business across the globe. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a REGIONAL C&B ASSISTANT MANAGER (35-40K, 13 MONTHS, ATTRACTIVE BENEFITS)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle regional compensation and benefits projects including annual salary review, market data analysis, survey, global benefits review, salary benchmarking, etc
- Assist in preparing HR analytical reports and consolidating remuneration data regularly
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of solid working experiences in Compensation & Benefits preferably in a sizable organization
- Regional exposure would be an advantage
- Sensitive to numbers, detail minded with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication ability in both Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel skills
