This role sits within the Regional Finance Team of a US-Listed company with a market capitalization of US $40B. To meet the demands of a growing business, they are now seeking the services of a high-caliber finance professional.
We are now seeking for a
REGIONAL FP&A MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to the Senior FP&A Manager with 2 subordinates
- Collaborate with cross function leaders, acting as the business partner to provide decision support analysis through KPI, productivity, and financial analysis
- Drive the budget and forecast process, taking into consideration business plans and growth strategies
- Prepare and review consolidated management reports, providing commentary and recommendations to US headquarters
- Continuously strive to improve forecast accuracy by identifying revenue and cost drivers
- Lead process improvement projects to simplify and enhance work-flow efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Qualified CPA
- A minimum of 8 years financial planning & analysis experience gained from a sizeable business
- Advanced User of Microsoft Excel
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
