Our client, a leading U.S. based FMCG is currently looking for a high calibre to join their team in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for SALES ADMINISTRATOR (2 YEAR CONTRACT)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect product samples and send to key customers
- Assist in all kind of forms preparation for all key customers and send out to key customers on time and complete
- Prepare regular reports, e.g. shipment report, etc.
- Assist customer marketing team on preparing supplier creation, reporting and other administration supports
- Assist all invoicing preparation and process
- Provide sales data analysis and reports
- Provide general administrative support to Customer Development Team
- Assist team in preparing sales review, presentation materials
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Working experiences as administrator or accounting clerk will also be considered
