Our client is a Well Known Listed Conglomerate. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a Secretarial Support calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a SECRETARY.
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to senior managements
- Taking company board minutes and management meeting minutes
- Organize diaries, appointments and business events
- Arrange travel schedules, flight booking, visa applications, accommodations etc.
- Handle filing, invoicing, processing of expense claims and related record keeping
- Prepare different business correspondence such as reports and presentation materials, and maintaining the confidentiality of important documents and records
- Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of relevant secretarial support working experience, preferably in sizable companies
- Experience in supporting senior managements preferred
- Detail-minded, organized, flexible, pleasant and able to work in the fast paced environment independently
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available candidates preferred
