Our Client, a prestige property investment and development company, is looking for SECRETARY.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to all project & service-related administration and coordination from different departments
- General clerical duties and administrative support
- Provide administrative support, such as incoming mail/ fax, invoicing, data entry, filing, office supplies and stationery ordering
- Answer incoming calls and emails
QUALIFICATIONS
- High diploma with 3 years working experience in administration
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and word processing in both Chinese & English
- Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive
