Our client is a well-known corporation in Hong Kong with diverse portfolio in commercial, residential, retail and hospitality. They are currently looking for a senior talent with strong loyalty program analytics experience to lead the corporate analytics team.
We are now seeking for Senior Analytics Manager (CRM/Loyalty Program).
- As team leader to formulate feasible framework to achieve business goals and drive synergy among teams.
- Identify and provide insightful strategy and tactics with data gathered from multiple touch points including digital channels, loyalty program and business units.
- Formulate data management and analytics strategies and guidelines to ensure data accuracy including governance, management, modelling, segmentation, etc.
- Collaborate closely within the corporations including business units and corporate teams to ensure relevancy of data mapping and effectiveness of data usage.
- Degree holder in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, preferably in retail and hospitality with large scale CRM analytics project track record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access), VBA and ETL.
- Familiar with database management and analysis, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, etc) and Google Analytics.
- This position required excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, spoken and written.
