Job Description

We are now seeking for a SENIOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily payroll and benefits administration
  • Lead C&B team in driving local compensation strategies
  • Provide business insight and solutions to C&B development to ensure market competitiveness
  • Drive productivity improvements to ensure high quality HR services to internal staff and stakeholders
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are up to date and compliant

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources, Business Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 15 years relevant C&B experience with 3 years in managerial capacity
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other legislation and regulations including retirement schemes ruling and taxation
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent project management and business analysis skills
