Our client is a multinational ICT company providing different businesses in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a SENIOR HR OFFICER.
- Responsible for recruitment and selection, performance management, staff engagement and retention etc.
- Provide HR advisory and services for IT business unit for over 100 headcount
- Communicate with sections heads professionally and independently by providing them HR solutions and advices
- Handle end to end recruitment process for back office positions focusing on IT vacancies
- Source and identify different effective recruitment channels within the market
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably IT recruitment experience in sizable companies
- Candidates with senior experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
- Independent, hands on, fast paced, positive and a great team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
