Our client is an International Sourcing Company with regional office in Asia. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a SENIOR MANAGER, FACILITIES & ADMINISTRATION.
- Responsible for leading administration team to provide great quality service in the office
- Work closely with third party vendors to ensure all office policy and service agreements are aligned
- Drive and manage various office admin and facilities projects such as office renovation, relocation, removals etc.
- Review service agreements frequently to enhance cost effectiveness and performance level in Hong Kong office and also support other regions
- Implement and assess procedures of safety system and performance measurement
- Degree holder
- Minimum 10 years of relevant facilities management experience in sizable companies with at least 3 years of managerial level
- Regional experience will be a plus
- High mobility, hands on, creative and detail minded with effective leadership with people and team management
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
- Travel occasionally will be required
