Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager (C&B Focused)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for check monthly payroll for the Company
- Responsible for handling C&B related matters including taxation, MPF contributions and social insurance issues
- Administer and monitor staff benefits and incentive plans;
- Act the primary role of development, implementation and maintenance of the HRIS;
- Assist in preparation of annual payroll budget;
- Support in Board related matters
- Handle human resources related ad hoc projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in related discipline, postgraduate preferred;
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in which not less than 8 years of hands-on experience in C&B;
- Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented team player with positive work attitude;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- High proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word processing is essential
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
