Job Description
We are now seeking for
SENIOR MANAGER, MARKETING & ANALYTIC
OBJECTIVES
- Lead Digital Analytics Strategy to drive customer insight and data driven marketing / customer acquisition program
- Lead Performance Measurement Strategy to drive effective measurement and reporting of digital and marketing performance
- Lead Always On Marketing and Campaign optimization across all digital channels to maximize marketing ROI - search, display, programmatic, social, email, and others
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute data analysis of ongoing digital marketing campaigns and promotions to ensure continuous test, learn, and optimization
- Plan and execute digital journey analysis to understand consumer behavior on our digital properties to drive UI / UX improvements (e.g. drop off rates, session duration on our website, quote & buy)
- Conduct deep dive analysis to understand our prospect and customer profile and behavior to help enhance marketing strategy, customer proposition and acquisition/engagement tactics (e.g. lookalike, segmentation)
- Manage the design and setup of analytics infrastructure working closely with our IT department (e.g. analytics account setup, tagging, data warehouse, etc)
- Manage the design, creation, and automation of KPI dashboards and reports (e.g. QlikSense, Google Analytics, etc)
- Day to day management and maintenance of relevant tools (e.g. Google AdWords, Yahoo Ads, DoubleClick, Tag Manager, QlikSense, etc)
- Act as company subject matter expert of Digital and Marketing Analytics to drive education and appreciation of customer insight and data
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in marketing, digital, analytics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related fields
- 10+ years' experience in customer insights and analytics in a digital setting
- Proven experience in the end to end management of analytics planning and execution to drive customer engagement and acquisition
- Strong data presentation skills and storytelling, able to collaborate and influence audiences from different departments and seniority
- Solid experience with relevant tools (e.g. Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick, QlikSense, programmatic, search, etc)
- Financial services background required, with specific insurance analytics experience. Marketing, digital, analytics agency background welcome
- Cantonese and English language skills preferred, experience working with regional teams and external vendors
