Job Description
We are now seeking for a SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER - AGENCY EVENTS (INSURANCE)
Responsibilities:
- Organize large scale agency events to enhance the communications between the company and the sales channels and to boost morale
- Manage the overall project planning and task allocation of events for sales and recruitment, such as communications meetings, celebrations dinner, client events and ad hoc events, recruitment workshop, awards presentation ceremony, annual dinner, etc
- Design memorable overseas events with well-thought-out itinerary and seamless services. Cooperate with travel agents to ensure proper operations including flight allotment, hotel accommodation and land operations to address the participants' expectations
- Search and liaise with platform speakers to deliver speech aligned with company's target and business need
- Oversee the program rundown and budget control
- Coordinate with various department for program and logistics planning
- Deliver quality production for agency events such as agency annual awards presentation, overseas Conventions
- Gather market intelligence and unique gimmicks in town to organize best-in-class events in the industry to raise morale
- Coordinate with production house for program planning, venue deco and creative concepts
- Source special gifts and venue to create "wow" effect
- Lead the team to support administration tasks and follow-up logistics operation
- Produce marketing and promotional materials to support agency sales and recruitment programs
- Create new idea to produce quality marketing collaterals including but not limited to printed brochure, promotional video, social media feeds, etc
- Consolidate gifts, premiums or rewards as incentives to attract clients / talents
- Liaise with design house on producing marketing collaterals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree holder in marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years working experience in sales promotion, event management and marketing in insurance industry
- Professional designation in FLMI is preferred
- Knowledge in insurance products is an asset
- Creative and business minded with excellent project management and financial analytical skills
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, flexible and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Good command of English and Chinese
- PC literate in WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
