Job Description

Our Client, A Local Personal Care Convenience Store, is looking for SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER


  • Reporting to Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Develop overarching advertising & communication strategies for Own Brands and ensure marketing excellence in all consumer-facing campaigns
  • Work with OB Merchandizing teams to identify key launches and opportunities in growing the brand
  • Work with the team in getting first hand understanding of product roadmap and development
  • Work closely with agencies in developing effective campaigns (on and offline, and in-store POP) in driving category growth
  • Monitor market intelligence and establish system to keep track on competitor pricing, activities and market situation
  • Analyse and interpret customer, market and competitor insight to produce commercial propositions and identify strategies for boosting customers' shifting to Own Brands
  • Analyse sales and promotional data for generating insights towards category growth and promotion effectiveness


  • Degree holders in Marketing or other related disciplines
  • 12 years of relevant experience in FMCG or retail industries are highly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, result driven with strong leaderships skills
  • An open-minded self-starter with abilities to handle multiple projects under tight schedule. Strong team player, and can-do spirit. Embrace change
  • Attentive to details and good interpersonal skill
