A leading corporation is seeking for a Senior Officer/Assistant Manager to join their growing business.
We are now seeking for a SENIOR OFFICER/ASSISTANT MANAGER(MNC)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with HR Director and Finance to analyse headcount, vacancies and labour costs to support future workforce planning
- Assist the preparation of the budget and strategic business plan across regions
- Collect, consolidate, analyze and interpret complex data sets;
- Improve workflow process to ensure data quality and integrity
- Responsible for ad-hoc services as required by the business
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Min 6 years of relevant experiences. FMCG/Retail background is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong communication, presentation and people management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
