Job Description
Our client is a medium size company with various business services including IT system development, currency exchange and other sectors. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a SENIOR SECRETARY (JAPANESE SPEAKER PREFERRED).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to Japanese Director and provide all around secretarial support
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, interpret translation for English, Japanese and Cantonese
- Handle contract renewals, registration for new business companies, open bank accounts
- Organise company events, assist in HR duties such as MPF enrolments, CV screening, payroll
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder
- Minimum 4 years of relevant secretarial support working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command in English and Japanese, preferred candidate with N1 level qualification
- Self-motivated, detail minded and great communication skills
- Immediately available
