Job Description

Our client is a well-known manufacturing enterprise. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high HR calibre to join them.

We are now seeking for a SENIOR/ HR MANAGER (HRBP) - STATION IN CHINA/ FREQUENT TRAVEL

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment and selection, manpower planning, employee relations, training and development, internal communications and benefit administration
  • Implement HR policies and initiatives in line with PRC legislation and corporate strategies
  • Provide HR business partner support and consulting services to the assigned business units in line with business strategies
  • Manage and plan various recruitment activities including Management Trainee Programme and graduate recruitment
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 6 years of relevant HR experience, former PRC exposure in garment industry would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • A good team player actively contributing to positive team spirit
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Willing to travel frequently and relocation to China is required
  • Accommodation and meals will be provided
