Job Description
We are now seeking for a SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST (MEDICAL INDUSTRY)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update inventory strategy and policies
- Maintain and control inventory in ERP system - master data, expiry management, product destruction, monthly & ad-hoc inventory reconciliation with distributor
- Lead physical stock count
- Perform demand planning and replenishment processes in light of business developments and requirements
- Monitor shipments from distribution centers and work closely with freight forwarders and distributor to optimize ordering and shipment lead time
- Work closely with regulatory affairs team on regulatory compliance matters
- Prepare inventory reports and related statistical analysis for management review
- Review, monitor and evaluate the performance of distributor on logistics and warehousing activities
- Verify supply chain related billing data from suppliers and/or service providers
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years' experience in supply chain, finance, logistics or similar field (preferred in the medical industry)
- Higher Diploma or above in business, supply chain or related discipline
- Solid experience in demand planning & inventory management
- Thorough understanding of warehousing and distribution processes, including distributor/ 4PL service provider
- Strong in SAP ERP system and Excel skills
- Strong analytical and process implementation skills
- Team player with good communication skills (written & verbal)
- A team player with passion, good interpersonal, project management, analytical & presentation skills
