Our client is one of the biggest commercial banks. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a SENIOR TRAINING MANAGER (BANKING).
- Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions in accordance with the company's development strategy
- Assess training needs, develop training plans and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
- Coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of language courses and other training solutions
- Assist in other training-related projects
- Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years solid training and management experience
- Experience in Retail/Commercial/Corporate Banking is an advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good language ability in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is compulsory)
