Job Description

Our client a Fortune 500 company is actively looking for a Service Delivery Specialist/ Manager to join their Solution team.

We are now seeking for Service Delivery Specialist/ Manager


  • To liaise closely with the customers to be actively involved in different project implementation stages
  • To understand business processes and requirements from customers and implement proper digital solutions
  • To conduct various system testing before UAT
  • To manage the changes with regard to timing, priority and importance
  • To assist to provide proper digital solutions to achieve customer needs
  • To identify and manage project risks
  • To coordinate all SDLC activities including requirement analysis, development, testing and rollouts
  • To ensure program development adhering to the standard and procedures of SDLC and control framework


  • University degree in computing and substantial work experience in a progressive environment
  • Good knowledge in business applications, mobile development, integration development and database systems
  • Fair knowledge on IT infrastructure (e.g. server, storage, networking … and etc)
  • Ability to establish priorities and a course of action for handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to work as a team and maintain effective relationship with others
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese - written and spoken and spoken Mandarin is a plus, and able to communicate and interact with all levels of people
