Job Description
Due to rapid expansion, our client a global law firm is currently looking for a junior service desk engineer to join their IT operation team to provide technical support at Hong Kong Offices
We are now seeking a SERVICE DESK ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to business users via email, phone, message or in-person
- Perform hardware and software system installation and configurations
- Perform security management and control of infrastructure and application systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues from business units and internal users on Windows, iOS/Android mobile devices
- Support and evaluate hardware/software purchase
- Deliver IT projects and ensure that the project tasks are completed within the project timeline
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related IT disciplines
- Over a year IT support experience in a sizable organization
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite applications
- Fundamental technical knowledge of IT network and security
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MUST speak fluent English and Cantonese
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated and responsible
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
