Our client is a high-end luxury jewelry brand. They are currently looking for an experienced retail excellence to lead their retail team.
We are now seeking STORE MANAGER.
- Lead and motivate store members in HK to reach sales target achievement and carry out best practice in retail operations.
- Drive and uplife customer experience and standard, and implement VIP strategies effectively.
- Evaluate and review sales performances and formulate strategies to drive continuous growth.
- Work closely across teams and departments in Hong Kong and HQ headquarter including merchandising, marketing to align group guidelines in terms of category management, VM and selling ceremony.
- Conduct retail product and selling ceremony training to the retail teams in HK.
- Provide good quality sales forecast, budgets and monthly sales reports with valid business comments.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury retail management in a managerial position.
- Experience in high-end jewelry brands is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations and extensive experienced in people management and training.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
