Job Description

Our client, a well-known consumer goods manufacturer is currently looking for a team head to join their Infrastructure team in Hong Kong.


We are now seeking a SYSTEM ANALYST (PEOPLESOFT)


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in enhancement and maintenance of HRIS application system, and all the project implementation and roll-out
  • Gather & analyze business requirements and propose sound solutions
  • Prepare project document deliverables including requirement specifications functional design specifications, test plans, training materials, etc.
  • Responsible for system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure systems reliability, and provide support of new technology function like RPA, Big Data, Mobile App)
  • Perform application testing and liaise with internal teams and users to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Communicate and coordinate with users to provide systems support service


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience in application development and support, with experience in PeopleSoft is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS implementation
  • Good knowledge of programming language such as PL/SQL, Java, J2EE, SQL, C#, ASP.NET, VB, JavaScript, Node.JS, Python, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, Restful API, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
