Our client is a Leading Cosmetic Brand with regional offices globally. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER.
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process for senior back office positions
- Liaise closely with hiring managers to drive manpower planning
- Enhance talent acquisition policies and procedures to align with company objectives
- Maintain internal database records and keep track of ongoing and potential candidates
- Expand a great talent pool by building an excellent employer brand for the company
- Update and develop new job descriptions and specifications
- Participate in any HR projects as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience in talent acquisition focus, preferably in retail industry
- Proactive, hands on, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment independently
- Great knowledge in using LinkedIn and other social networks
- Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
- Good command in English and Mandarin
