Our client is a MNC company with strong presence globally. They have established a service repair centre recently and is seeking for a technical service manager to lead their repairmen team.
We are now seeking for an Technical Service Manager - Process improvement
- Responsible to lead the repair team to carry out excellent service to the customers
- Implement Quality management strategy & lean principles
- Develop training for employees
- Improve the engineering repairmen service
- Engineering/Operation/Quality management or other related disciple
- Lean/Six sigma green belt is preferred
- Min 6 years managment & process improvement experiences
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
- Immediately Available is preferable
