Job Description
We are seeking for a TEMPORARY ADMIN ASSISTANT (3 months renewable/ immediate).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Assist in recruitment activities including but not limited to greeting visitors and formatting resumes
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education or above
- At least 1 year admin experience preferably in recruitment or human resources sector
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Independent, self-motivated and responsible
- Proficient in MS applications
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Immediate available is a must
